From Fat to Fit ...

Its been quite a while that i have blogged… I know i have been little lazy after my holidays in Singapore…It was all in all a fun and relaxing time.. Relaxing time means no work just eat and laze around… that's what i did all the time and now when i am back can't wait to start my daily workout specially when all that vacation weight needs to go away.…I am a foodie person and love to have chocolates cakes and all kind of junks specially when it is my birthday and anniversary month, . But when your old clothes doesn’t fit you and you start buying medium or large size clothes instead of small size then its the time to get yourself started…."If you want it then work for it... "

As I’m sure you have noticed, the world has recently had a revelation regarding health and fitness. Suddenly, thanks to the internet, it’s so much easier to see how we should be treating our bodies and what we should be putting in them Why I am penning down all this here, because you guys have been a constant support as readers. And while I have recently decided to take up walking, running, exercises, Yoga, Gym, Healthy Diet Plan and Dancing from ground zero, I need support of you all to keep me on track, literally.I want to document my fitness journey, achievements and even failures (hope not too many) here on a monthly basis to encourage more people like me and to get encouraged in return. I want you all to join my journey and help me stay true to my regime and be a part of it too if possible!

It’s my pleasure to offer you this collection of ideas about how to live well.

# At least one dedicated hour every alternate day needs to be worked out for working out.(Gym / Bollywood Dance/ Zumba / Swim/Yoga/ Exercises which suits your body/Walking or Running in open)

# I need to start switching to fruits and salads once in a while, instead of junk all day.

# Stay motivated!

# Considering running is the most convenient way to stay fit, even while traveling, because all you need is a field or worst case a treadmill, it is easier to stick to running than anything else.

#Yoga and medication is a good source of healthy body and healthy mind.

#Dance lovers can always do Zumba for weight loss and dancing for keeping healthy...
