When Spring break is so close , a slew of weekend getaways are on the horizon and packing wisely for them is a must. Whether you’re preparing for a girls’ weekend away or visiting a resort for a stay with family and friends, there are a few key pieces that should always hold a place in your suitcase.No matter what the weekend plans are i always prefer to pack something comfortable, and easy to move around , yet unique enough to stand out on its own in your environment. Packing smart for a short trip is essential ,there’s no point in lugging around an oversized suitcase when you’ll be away for only a day or two. I make sure to choose pieces that are versatile and can be worn several times in different ways.

Last Friday i was out with my family for a night stay in Tilal liwa Desert Resort, For this weekend getaway look i chose classic dark fitted jeans, accompanied by a pair of shorts and Plazzos with me for warmer days. Jorts (jean shorts) This is a standard road-tripping clothing item for me ,” Simply put, jeans+shorts= magic. Palazzo's again are very trendy these days being very comfy and elegant at the same time.I prefer to wear dark tones, colourful prints, floral prints, animal printed palazzo’s etc with off shoulder or slub tops, crop tops, tank tops, lace tops, simple shirts etc. This outfit is perfect for walking around the resort and dessert too, while dinner, or even staying comfy in the car during your trip. For t-shirt recommendations, this is another area where you can balance comfort and design. While you can’t bring every accessory with you, it doesn’t mean your vacation style has to be completely compiled from clothes and shoes. Try throwing on one key piece of jewellry to elevate your overall weekend look. I am sure i don’t need to tell you the importance of a good pair of sunglasses on a weekend getaway. Not only will they protect your eyes, but they double as a look-elevating accessory. A fair amount of foot travel may be in order for your weekend excursion, and you’ll want to make sure that you have the right pair of footwear for the journey.
